DT - Bread tasting



 Today we tried a selection of  breads as part of our unit on Pizza making. We tried tiger bread, pitta, tortilla, baguette, rye bread and naan. The children enjoyed getting to try types of bread that they hadn’t tried before.

 On RE day this week we thought about the concept of remembering. We thought about what we might remember and wrote down some ideas. We then thought about whether everyone remembers the same things and people. Finally we learnt about the Jewish celebration of Shabbat and the fact that they remember that God created the world in seven days and had a rest on the final day.
